Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually dispatched on the same day.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with an additional cash handling charge of ₹99.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s site.
Order Delays or Issues
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier partner issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with package opening video and photo of the parcel.
Lost parcels are rare. If your parcel is undelivered beyond 10 working days, we will either reship or refund your order after verification.
