Cancellation Time Frame
Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. Simply contact us via email or phone with your order number and request a cancellation.After Shipping:
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may refer to our Return Policy for possible options.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Please note that the following types of orders cannot be cancelled:
Orders placed during promotional offers or flash sales
Customized or special-request items
Products that are already out for delivery
Opened or tampered packages
Refund on Cancellation
If your order is eligible for cancellation and the payment was made online (via UPI, Card, or Net Banking), a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, there is no refund required.

Botanveda reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion if it appears fraudulent, suspicious, or incomplete.
Cancellations requested after dispatch will not be entertained.
